We want you to be happy with your fiber optic lighting and we take great pride in our customer service. If however you ever need to return an item, we’re here to make things as simple as possible.
All items returned must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resaleable condition within 7 business days.
Products / parts damaged or misued WILL NOT be covered under warranty.
All of out products have a standard one year warranty with the exception of light bulbs.
This warranty only covers non-functioning or defective manufacturers parts or products.
Thinking of returning an item?
If you wish to make a return please provide the following information either by email, telephone:
- Your contact information
- Details of the product(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return
- Date of purchase
- Our order/invoice number
When you provide these details, we will issue you with a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted unless this number has been given to you and is clearly marked on your returned package.
Returned items must ship by standard ground carrier with a tracking number.
Shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer unless it is being returned for defective or malfunctioning reasons.
I want to return an unwanted item
You may return an item ordered within 7 days of receipt.
If you want to return an unwanted purchase and it remains unopened and unused, and there is no error on our part, we will refund the purchase but we will not refund your shipping costs.
My item is defective or isn’t what I ordered
If incorrect or faulty products are supplied, we will repair, replace or give you a full refund within 7-14 days. We must receive notification of any issues within 7 business days of delivery of your order.
Damaged or short shipments
You and the delivery driver MUST sign and note the damage on the delivery receipt.
You MUST contact us within 7 days to report damaged or short shipments
Once claim is received we will enter a new order to replace product.
Unlimited Light cannot be held responsible for any related expenses such as loss of earnings, electrician’s fees etc. incurred in the event of faulty or missing items being supplied.
